Lạc Lạc là chú chim thiêng bước ra từ trống đồng Đông Sơn, được thể hiện bằng ngôn ngữ thiết kế của thời đại mới.
Tên gọi Lạc Lạc gợi âm vang của chữ "Lạc": của giống nòi, của sự thân thương, gần gũi - như cách một dân tộc lâu đời gọi nhau bằng lời ru, bằng huyền thoại, bằng tâm thức chung: con Lạc cháu Hồng.
